1. Agreement

By requesting service, listing a boat, joining The Den, or using this site, you agree to these terms with Fox Marine ("Fox Marine", "we").

2. Service work

Estimates are good-faith and may change after teardown/diagnosis; we will obtain written approval before exceeding an approved amount.
You authorize necessary road tests, water tests, and movement of your vessel and trailer on our premises.
Storage and labor charges accrue per posted rates if a vessel is not picked up within 7 days of completion notification.
Florida statutory mechanic's lien rights apply for unpaid invoices.

3. Storage & blocking

Storage is offered on a month-to-month basis. You are responsible for insurance covering your vessel while on our premises. Hurricane storage is allocated on a waitlist basis.

4. Consignment listings

Sellers warrant they hold clear title and the right to sell.
A listing fee or commission applies per signed consignment agreement.
Fox Marine acts as a broker; sale terms are between buyer and seller unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. "The Den" membership

Starting at $149/month; benefits vary by tier and are described on the membership page.
Billed monthly; cancel any time before your next renewal — partial months are not refunded.
Conditions apply; on-water service and parts not included unless stated.

6. Payments & taxes

Florida sales tax is applied where required. Late balances accrue 1.5% per month.

7. Warranties & disclaimers

Workmanship is warranted for 90 days. Parts carry their manufacturer's warranty only. The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue: Indian River County.
